St'Andrews

   On 25th march,wei jue,lim li and I went to st'andrews for the math and science competition.There were 20 science and 20 math question altogether and we had 40 minutes to do the paper.The science questions were tough and we fought an intense battle with the other 31 schools.
   We emerged as one of the top three schools and made our way into the second round which was also called the buzzer round.We were very pleased with ourselves and the second battle started.We did not answer any science questions as it was too tough,we were also a little slow in some of the maths questions.In the end,we won 2nd and we received a trophy each.Wei jue received another trophy for getting individual 3rd and started to brag.
    In overall,it was a wonderful learning experience for all of us even if we did not get first.We prepared ourselves for the next battle(the world maths contest)and were determined to do our best.
